Proteome analysis comprises: a probe-target complex is formed in solution when the mixture is contacted with the proteome; eliminating the probes, which are not specifically bonded with a molecular target after separating and before analyzing the separated probes; and separating the proteome and the probes, which are bound by a specific bond in a probe-target complex, where the separation of the probe is obtained by immobilizing the proteome on magnetic particles by applying magnetic field to separate the target-magnetic particles entities of the complexes to recover the probes. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device; and (2) a set of primary probes for the analysis of the targets.
