The device has a mass-spring system comprising an elastic rod (T) with a spring function and an oscillating mass (MO), fixed at a free end of the rod, constituted of fixed and movable parts (PF, PM). The mass is displaced along an axis of the rod by an electric motor (MPP), so as to modify the resonance frequency of the mass-spring system. The electric motor is provided as a portion of the movable part of the mass.
