The device has a shovel type wheel that is constituted of two coaxial annular disks connected by spacers in the inner and outer edges. The wheel has shovels, each of which is supported by inner and outer spacers (2). Rollers are fixed by their axles on an outer side of each disk. The rolling path of the rollers is circular on both sides of a wheel of a cylindrical tube (6). The tube is opened, on the top, by a hopper (7) which brings the snow onto an inclined transport conveyor (8). Rings at each end of the tube support the conveyor`s supports and a framework.
