The method involves providing a new sleeper and installing a temporary track on a pre-coated ballast. A stringer is laid at a front end of the track, and a bar train of a continuous railway track in engaged on the track. The train is driven in the direction opposite to a working area. The stored sleeper is installed on a berm of the platform between strings (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) of the bar using a rolling engine (17) on the pre-coated ballast. The bar trains are mounted and fixed on the sleepers and are soldered between the sleepers, and an unloaded ballast is operated by a rail track.
