The device has light emitting diodes (2a, 2b) integrated in a luminous plate (1) and housed in a groove (6) arranged in two opposite edges of the plate. The diodes are plated against a polished bottom (6b) of the groove. A fresco (8) of blue parabolic patterns printed on an acetate film is associated to the plate (1) at the base of the diodes. The plate (1) is disposed against a white and dark opaque panel (5). A protection plate (12) is stuck on a translucent visual display unit (10) that is stuck on the plate (1).
