PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool and a method for grasping a mental condition, which permit an accurate grasping of a mental condition of a testee during a prescribed number of days.;SOLUTION: The tool 1 for grasping a mental condition comprises: a coloring sheet S1 in which coloring areas R (n) to be colored by the testee are arranged in prescribed directions for the same day of the week; an opinion entry sheet S2 in which opinion entry columns I(n) for the testee to enter opinions on coloring days are arranged; a posting sheet S3 where a color posting column to post colors of the coloring sheet S1, an opinion posting section E(m) to post the opinion of the opinion entry sheet S2, and a condition rank entry column to enter a condition rank which an analyzer adds in connection with the opinion of the opinion entry sheet S2 are provided; and a rearrangement sheet S4 in which a rearrangement column to group the colors of the posting sheet S3 and opinions by a condition rank of the same kind is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
