PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity recognition device capable of precisely recognizing operating feeling a user feels concerning an operation system furnished with an operating object device to work as an operating member works in correspondence with force applied from the user and an assist force addition device to add assist force to movement of the operation member.;SOLUTION: A sensitivity recognition map memory part 32 memorizes a sensitivity recognition map providing a two-dimensional map setting a sensitivity region as a region of each of sensitivity indexes for each of car speed values on a two-dimensional graph taking a torque sensor value added to a steering system on an x-axis and a frequency value of an assist motor on a y-axis.
