SYSTEM FOR SUPPORTING INSPECTION OF DELIVERED ARTICLES AND INVENTORY DURING ARTICLE INSPECTION BY USING COMPUTER IN DISTRIBUTOR SUCH AS SUPERMARKET

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system eliminating delivery slips and regular inventory and drastically reducing costs necessary for article inspection and delivery. PSOLUTION: This system for supporting inspection of delivered articles and inventory during the article inspection is provided with an article delivery schedule database storing article delivery schedule data input by suppliers and received from the suppliers via a communication network; a book inventory database storing the number of stock articles on the book calculated by subtracting the number of sold articles recorded in cash registers on the previous day from the sum of the number of stock articles two days before and the number of articles delivered on the previous day; and an actual inventory database storing the number of articles actually stocked. The system is further provided with a function to extract all articles to be delivered on the day from the article delivery schedule database, calculate the number of articles to be displayed and display time based on the article delivery schedule data input by the suppliers first and the book inventory database, and output the number and time to an operation terminal at a unit selling space (cell) allocated to each person in charge.
