PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To approximate a time required for incorporating copy to time required when update copying does not occur during the incorporating copy time, without limit. PSOLUTION: A detecting part 404 of a first computer detects an update copying request that occurs during performing incorporating copy. The detected update copying request is stored in a queue 202. A bitmap table 201 stores information of an area where the update copying occurs. A duplication determination part 410 determines whether incorporating copy to the next copying position indicated by a counter 409 duplicates the update copying. When the incorporating copy does not duplicate the update copying, a corresponding incorporating copy request is stored in a queue 203. An issuing part 408 issues the update copying request stored in the queue 202 to a second computer. An issuing part 413 issues the incorporating copy request stored in the queue 203 to the second computer when the queue 202 is not stored with update copying request. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
