PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor system, and to provide an apparatus for setting a security detection device, a method of setting the security detection device, a program, and a computer-readable recording medium.;SOLUTION: Data D2A, D2 for updating setting of the security detection device 100A of each of an editing part 100D and a reading part 100E are transmitted to a comparison part 100F. If the data D2A, D2, held in the inside, match the data D2 stored temporarily by the security detection device 100A, the data in the security detection device 100A are updated; whereas when the data D2A do not match the data D2, the data in the security detection device 100A will not be updated.
