METHOD FOR CULTURING TISSUE OF EUCALYPUTUS PLANT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CLONE SEEDLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing tissue of a plant belonging to the genus Eucalyputus, capable of increasing each of regular bud formation rate in a regular bud forming step, adventitious bud proliferation property in adventitious bud proliferating step and rooting property in a rooting step, and thereby to increase productivity of the clone seedling of a plant belonging to the genus Eucalyputus.;SOLUTION: At least one step of the regular bud forming step, the adventitious bud proliferating step and the rooting step is performed by using a medium containing sodium chloride and/or magnesium chloride. The content of sodium chloride and/or magnesium chloride in the mediums is 5-250 mM in the regular bud forming step, 5-90 mM in the adventitious bud proliferating step and 5-400 mM in the rooting step.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
