LONG-SIZED COATED ARTICLE EXTRUSION-MOLDING DIE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LONG COATED ARTICLE USING IT, AND LONG COATED ARTICLE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die which can extrusion-mold a long coated article of which the wind pressure reducing effect is stable. PSOLUTION: This die is used for extrusion-molding the long coated article of which the cross sectional outer shape is polygonal. An edge 3 which connects adjacent peaks 2 of a hole 1 having a polygonal cross section recesses inward, and a section closer to the peak 2 of a line connecting the peak 2 and the bottom 7 of the recess becomes a straight line. Also, a section closer to the bottom 7 of the recess becomes an arc-like curved line which smoothly continues from the straight line. Corner sections of the long coated article do not become too sharp, but do not become dull either, and are formed into a target angle.
