PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening device in a panel system for partitioning a large room into a private room wherein an opening for exposing a switch and a connection box provided in a structural wall, and an article storage part for storing small articles, are provided in desired positions of a wall side panel, and vertical frames or the like of a frame are hidden so as not to impair appearance in the panel system for partitioning the existing large room by the wall side panel, a side panel and a curtain or an openable/closable partition means to form the private room.;SOLUTION: The wall side panel 1 and the side panel are formed into a block panel structure with a plurality of panel plates 21 detachably arranged in a vertical direction at the frame 11, and an open frame body 51 having a surface part which hides both side vertical frames 12 of the frame, and an inner side face part extending in the depth direction, is mounted to a part of the wall side panel to provide an opening M.
