VERTICAL TYPE ROLLER MILL AND PULVERIZING METHOD USING VERTICAL TYPE ROLLER MILL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical type roller mill capable of making a pulverization roller and a pulverization table stably bite an object to be pulverized even when a moisture content of the object to be pulverized is not suitable.;SOLUTION: The vertical type roller mill is provided with a lift apparatus 40 for lifting the pulverization roller 23 in a direction leaving from the pulverization table 22, a detection means 70 for detecting the generation of a biting failure of the object to be pulverized between the pulverization table 22 and the pulverization roller 23, and a control means 50 for controlling the lift apparatus 40 and a pressurization apparatus 27 so as to lift at least one of a plurality of pulverization rollers 23 when the generation of a biting failure of the object to be pulverized is detected by the detection means 70. According to such a constitution, even when the moisture content of the object to be pulverized is not suitable, the object to be pulverized can be stably bitten between the lifted pulverization roller 23 and the pulverization table 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
