PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe barrel eliminating any possibility of breaking during use or having no unnecessary unevenness, which may cause various problems, in the syringe inner face in the syringe for a serial and sequential dispensation type kit pharmaceutical preparation.;SOLUTION: This syringe for the kit pharmaceutical preparation is slidably provided with an intermediate slide valve making contact with the inner wall of the syringe barrel and watertightly partitioning front/back spaces of the syringe, has a communication passage communicating between the front/back spaces of the intermediate slide valve when the intermediate slide valve reaches the injection needle mount side inside the syringe barrel, and sequentially leads out first solution and second solution filling the front/back spaces of the intermediate slide valve.
