PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum package body for frozen fresh food where cells in the vicinity of its outer surface falling into melted and softened condition in an early time when thawed are prevented from breakage due to pressure because of being put between a package film and hard cells not thawed and positioning at the inner side than the softened cells so as to suppress generation of drip as soon as possible: and to provide a method for thawing vacuum-packaged frozen fresh food.;SOLUTION: The method for thawing a vacuum-packaged frozen fresh food comprises the following process: vacuum-packaging a frozen material 4 comprising fresh food such as fish or meat with packaging film 6a, 6b into a bag state; putting the frozen material in the vicinity of the vacuum package part 10 for the frozen material to form a pressurized gas charged part 12 where pressurized gas is charged and hermetically sealed, at the bag-state package film 6a, 6b; placing a seal part 8a having a peeling-induction part 14 making the pressurized gas charged part 12 and the vacuum package part 10 communicate with each other so as to be peeled off due to application of outer force between the pressurized gas charged part 12 and the vacuum package part 10; peeling off the peeling-induction part 14 by application of outer force to the seal part 8a at the beginning of thawing time to induce the pressurized gas in the pressurized gas charged part 12 to the vacuum package part 10 to be swollen so as to thaw the frozen fresh food.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
