PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for supporting the effective utilization of real estate by finding out desired property or property approximating to this, regardless of the size or shape of the property or the difference of real estate owners.;SOLUTION: A real estate utilization support device 10 extracts map information based on location information received from a real estate utilizer terminal 20, and generates property polygon information by making the area polygonal for each property, and transmits this as polygon map information to the real estate utilizer terminal. Also, the real estate utilization support device generates request property polygon information by making a request property region polygonal based on request property shape information and request property area information received from the real estate utilizer terminal, and transmits it to the real estate utilizer terminal. Then, the request property polygons are moved on the polygon map, and property in a region where they are overlapped is decided, and the overlap rate is calculated, and they are transmitted to the real estate utilizer terminal as property introduction information.
