PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inattention detector usable for driving support, which can accurately detect a driver's inattention in a traveling scene where two or more kinds of watching factors are present. PSOLUTION: This detector comprises a multiple gazing factor occurrence position database 6 preliminarily storing a multiple gazing factor occurrence position where two or more kinds of gazing factors the driver should gaze can occur, an own vehicle position detection part 5a for detecting the own vehicle position; a second preferential gazing factor occurrence detection means (gazing factor occurrence detection part 5c) for detecting occurrence of a first preferential gazing factor the driver should preferentially gaze in the multiple gazing factor occurrence position and occurrence of a second preferential gazing factor the driver should gaze next the first preferential gazing factor; and an inattention occurrence estimation part 5d for estimating, based on the occurrence of the first preferential gazing factor and the second preferential gazing factor, the probability of the driver's inattention in the multiple gazing factor occurrence position.
