PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a received pulse string signal binarizing apparatus capable of performing a binarization cprocessing correctly through a simple processing without using an HPF, an LPF or the like even if a pulse string signal received by a radio receiver includes an unwanted DC component (DC offset), and to provide a received pulse string signal binarizing method, a received pulse string signal binarizing program and recording medium therefor.;SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises: a sampling means for sampling a pulse string of a detection output in a predetermined cycle; a differential detecting means for determining a difference between a sampling data value and a preceding sampling data value; a differential polarity determining means for comparing an absolute value of the resultant differential data with a preset threshold value and, when the absolute value is greater than the threshold, determining whether whether the polarity of said differential data is positive or negative; and a sampling data value determining means for judging the preceding sampling data value based on said polarity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
