PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy-duty corrosion-inhibitive coated steel stock with excellent impact resistance.;SOLUTION: This heavy-duty corrosion-inhibitive coated steel has an organic resin primer layer, formed on the surface of a steel stock and a polyurethane resin corrosion-inhibitive layer with not less than 100% tensile elongation and not less than 9 MPa tensile strength, formed on the upper surface of the organic resin primer layer, in that lamination order. Alternatively, the heavy-duty corrosion-inhibitive coated steel stock has the organic resin primer layer, formed on the surface of the steel stock, then the polyurethane resin corrosion-inhibitive layer, formed on the upper surface of the organic resin primer layer, and a polyurethane resin protecting layer with not less than 100% tensile elongation and not less than 9 MPa tensile strength, formed on the upper surface of the polyurethane resin corrosion-inhibitive layer and finally, a polyurethane resin protecting layer with not less than 100% tensile elongation and not less than 9 MPa tensile strength, formed on the upper surface of the polyurethane resin corrosion-inhibitive layer, in that lamination order.
