PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for preparing out reproduced documents, which enables another document to be prepared easily by reproduction from one original document, in preparing out a plurality of documents including a partial common region, e.g. written request that a bank receives from customers.;SOLUTION: This implement for preparing the reproduced document is used covering a first document, in order to make out a second document partially including a region in common with the first document by reproduction from the first document. In addition, the implement has a sheet 14, comprising a first part X corresponding to a first region in common with the first and the second document, and a second part Y corresponding to a second region not in common with the first and the second document.
