PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a safe and appropriate business process by extracting/evaluating risk information and synergy information caused by role relations between people to be an essential part of the business process. PSOLUTION: The business process design support system includes: a business process definition part 201 of a business process definition system 2 for receiving role relations information defined by a designer or the like and transmitting it to a risk/synergy evaluation system 3; a risk/synergy extraction part 301 for extracting a risk/synergy factor and occurrence structure information on the basis of the role relations information; and a risk/synergy countermeasure evaluation part 401 for calculating countermeasure candidates and predicted effects of the risk/synergy on the basis of the risk/synergy factor and the occurrence structure information.
