PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual exhibition hall system which can be served as the alternative of the first visit to an exhibition hall for enabling a customer to easily recognize the trends and characteristics of the outline of a merchandise group, and for actualizing the hidden needs of the customer by letting the customer know the fact that is not recognized by the customer unless he/she is informed of it.;SOLUTION: This virtual exhibition hall system is configured of a server which distributes description information in response to a request from a client via a communication means for introducing merchandise. The server is provided with a task proposing means for proposing a task relating to merchandise as branch conditions, and the task proposing means is associated with description information of a series of the merchandise having a concept for solving the selected task, description information of a function for solving the selected task of merchandise and description information of merchandise having the solving effects of the selected task.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
