PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectric integrated wiring board that makes optical path conversion possible in the in-plane direction and the vertical direction of the board with higher efficiency and that also facilitates manufacturing.;SOLUTION: The optoelectric integrated wiring board is equipped with: a base board; a through hole penetrating both sides of the base board; an optical wiring layer which is installed in a region including the opening position of the through hole at least on one side of the base board and which is provided with a core and a clad surrounding the core; and an optical path conversion mirror which is installed in the optical wiring layer at the opening position of the through hole and which is capable of converting the optical path between the wiring direction of the optical wiring layer and the extending direction of the through hole. The core of the optical wiring layer includes a core width transfer region with the position of the optical path conversion mirror as one end.
