PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a relay compensation to a relay node in a P2P network.;SOLUTION: A P2P system includes a user node 2 for relaying a content by a P2P communication means. In the system, metadata of a content is received from the user node 2e which transmits the purchase request of the content.
