PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll printing device capable of executing precise ink pattern formation even onto a large substrate.;SOLUTION: The roll printing device is provided with the printing plate including a large number of printing groove arrays, which are arrayed along in a first direction at equal intervals, whose intervals are arrayed so as to be wider in an end row than in a start row in a second direction vertical to the first direction, and whose depth is substantially identical to that of a cell gap of a display panel, and a transfer roller provided with a transfer sheet onto which ink filled in printing grooves is transferred.
