PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cause investigation method, a cause investigation program and a cause investigation system for investigating the cause of problematic circumstances by presenting a much smaller number of questions.;SOLUTION: This information processor is made to store relation data expressing each relation of a plurality of questions and choices and factors and content data expressing the content, and to search the sequence of proposal of questions in the order of the smaller number of causes associated with each choice for every question by using the relation data, and to successively output the content of the questions and choices by using the content data according to the sequence of proposal, and to narrow down the factors into those associated with the selected choices by using the selection result of the choices and the relation data, and to reduce the relation data into only the data associated with the narrowed-down causes, and to investigate the cause by repeatedly operating the adjustment of the sequence of proposal, the output of the content of the questions and choices, the input of the selection result, and the narrowing-down of the causes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
