PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermolecular interaction detecting method requiring no labelling of a molecule becoming a target.;SOLUTION: The method for detecting the intermolecular interaction with the probe molecule includes a carrier (a) having a probe fixed thereto and supporting a chemical reaction region A in the vicinity of the probe, a process (b) for bringing an unreacted block agent having a chemical reaction region B into contact with the carrier, a process (c) for removing the unreacted target and the unreacted block agent after the processes (a) and (b), a process (d) for removing the target bonded to the probe after the processes (a) and (b), a process (e) for bringing a label substance having a chemical reaction region C into contact with the carrier and a process (f) for detecting the signal of the label substance after the process (e).
