PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container loading and unloading vehicle of one kind capable of loading a plurality of kinds of containers different in loading capacity by replacing them with each other. PSOLUTION: This container loading and unloading vehicle 1 is capable of loading the container C4t loading capacity of which is 8 mSP3/SPand the container C2t loading capacity of which is 4 mSP3/SPby replacing them with each other, a main item of the container loading and unloading vehicle 1 is designed to travel by loading the container of 4t, a sliding cylinder 10 fastens and unfastens the container by extending and contracting a sliding arm 7, a hooking cylinder 11 smoothes loading and unloading motion by extending and contracting a hooking arm 8 at a plurality of stages, and a fastening device 12 has a pair of left and right first fastening parts 13 and a pair of left and right second fastening parts 14 and is constituted movable so that one of them stores the container at a non-colliding position when the other fastens the container to prevent collision.
