PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poly(ADP-ribose) derivative effective as a sensitizer of a chemotherapy or a radiotherapy of cancer, stable in a cell, and being a strong inhibitor of Parg having high specificity; to provide a method for producing the derivative; and to provide a nucleic acid-protective agent, a sensitizer of an anticancer agent, a Parg inhibitor and a biochemical reagent.
