PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design/evaluation device for an oscillation circuit capable of easily designing or evaluating the oscillation circuit.;SOLUTION: A storage means 3 stores a stability condition expression for allowing the oscillation circuit to stably oscillate according to the kind of the oscillation circuit. A circuit diagram preparation means 2 prepares a circuit diagram of the oscillation circuit according to a design/evaluation instruction received from a user by a reception means 1, and outputs it to a design/evaluation means 5. The design/evaluation means 5 reads the stability condition expression according to the kind of the circuit diagram received from the circuit diagram preparation means 2 from the storage means 3 according to the design/evaluation instruction from the reception means 1, and evaluates or designs the oscillation circuit by use of the read stability condition expression.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
