PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum plate with a thermoplastic resin coating which is less liable to develop ply separation and the cracking of the resin coating film even during drawing, ironing or the like, is less prone to the occurrence of crevices in the resin coating film, and is almost free from the release of the resin coating film from the aluminum plate, and to provide a formed article comprising the same.;SOLUTION: An aluminum plate with a thermoplastic resin coating, comprises an aluminum plate, a non-porous anodic oxidation coating film having a thickness of 50 to 3,000 angstrom formed on at least one surface of the plate, a treatment coating film layer formed on the non-porous anodic oxidation coating film and, a thermoplastic resin coating film formed on the coating film layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
