PSOLUTION: A base station device 2 includes an accounting information report means which acquires accounting information corresponding to a mobile communication terminal device 1 from an accounting information storage part 33 wherein accounting information for the mobile communication terminal device 1 is stored with respect to communication connection between the mobile communication terminal device 1 and other communication terminals, in accordance with an accounting information request signal outputted from the mobile communication terminal device 1 and reports the acquired accounting information to the mobile communication terminal device 1, and an amount to be charged for a period from the communication start time of the mobile communication terminal device 1 to communication disconnection is calculated by an operation part 14 independently of the accounting information request signal outputted from the mobile communication terminal device 1 and accounting information updated on the basis of this amount to be charged is reported to a user.
