PSOLUTION: An invention information storing part 11 is provided for storing invention information being information relevant to one or more inventions, and having one or more pieces of invention specifying information being information for specifying the inventions. A description information storing part 12 is provided for storing description information being information indicating description relevant to the invention specifying information included in the invention information. A preparing part 15 is provided for preparing the application document information being information relevant to the document for patent application, and information including one or more embodiments relevant to the invention information, on the basis of the invention information and the description information.
