PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a social security economy system with welfare and comfort by avoiding emotional disorder from work and working poverty and by work-sharing with leisure mixed.;SOLUTION: The rate of the degree of stress is introduced and input into formulas of industrial bookkeeping and cost accounting by calculating it back from salary calculation and working poverty is saved by returning consumption duty to each of the lowest salaried workers. A retread from emotional disorder is saved by determining the type of job and a working time by using the rate. Thereby, leisure time and employment are increased and growth of economy is achieved.
