PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation improvement method capable of building ground piles with a large diameter at a low cost without discharging mud, and a filler material jetting nozzle capable of filling a filling material far in an underground. PSOLUTION: The filling material jetting nozzle 7 having a spiral groove provided in the inner surface of a tube is installed near the rotary blade 5 of a soil excavating tool with the rotary blade 5. The filler material is filled far into the underground by giving a rotation to the filling material. The ground piles having a diameter larger than that of the rotary blade 5 are constructed without discharging mud by agitating sediment and filler material by the rotary blade 5.
