This invention offers the method of refining microstructure of the titanium alloy which contains boron, in single thermal process processing process. In addition as for this invention, the method of achieving super plasticity at the time of titanium alloying is offered, this method includes the process which applies temperature and the rate of strain which are sufficient in order to deform process, and the boron content titanium alloy which decide temperature and the rate of strain which are necessary in order to achieve process and the super plasticity which select the boron content titanium alloy in form of desire, to this alloy. This invention furthermore offers the part which is manufactured by the formation method and these methods of the titanium alloy part.
