PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick setting cement concrete for pre-lining which has high flowability to facilitate the filling work or the forcible sending to an excavation groove or a slit without leaving space, quick strength exhibition and sufficiently increased strength in the hardening, particularly initial strength. PSOLUTION: The quick setting cement concrete for pre-lining contains 20-40 pts.wt. accelerating agent per 100 pts.wt. cement. As a result, the flowability is made high to facilitate the filling work or the forcible sending to the excavation groove or the slit without leaving space, the quick strength exhibition and the sufficiently high strength in the hardening, particularly the initial strength are attained and then, the quick setting cement concrete is suitable for the pre-lining process in a super large cross section, flat cross section and high depth tunnel.
