PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integration method for integrating pump flow rate/shaft power and an integration system for integrating pump flow rate/shaft output capable of evaluating energy saving effect by calculating shaft power/time integration value and comparing the same with monthly or annual planned value of shaft power/time.;SOLUTION: Relation between pump flow rate and frequency of a pump motor corresponding to established estimated terminal pressure fixed control target curve is defined by at least two pairs of pump characteristic constants "a", "b" indicating relation of the minimum head, flow rate coefficient, pump flow rate and pump head with pressure setting creating the estimated terminal pressure fixed control target curve. The relation between pump flow rate and frequency of the pump motor defines frequency sections corresponding to a range of flow rate section. Integrated value of pump flow rate/shaft power integrates the operation time of the pump for each frequency section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
