PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution server capable of easily and safely registering information specifying an IC chip and information specifying a contents destination.;SOLUTION: A user prepares E-mail using a chip ID of the IC chip as text by a mobile telephone attached with the IC chip, and the E-mail is sent to the information distribution server. When the information distribution server receives the E-mail, it issues a one-time password and it sends E-mail including the one-time password and a predetermined URL to the mobile telephone. When the user receives the E-mail, the user clicks on the URL presented in the E-mail, and the user sends the one-time password or the like to the information distribution server.
