PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of providing a user with a musical piece content which is tuned with user's motion without changing a musical piece data of a musical piece content.;SOLUTION: A tempo detecting means for detecting tempo of the musical piece content during reproduction by a content reproducing means, and a motion pitch detecting means for detecting a motion pitch of the user who listens to reproduction sound, are provided. Based on detection output of the motion pitch detecting means, it is determined whether the motion pitch is stable or not. When it is determined that the motion pitch is stable, by referring to the motion pitch detected by the motion pitch detecting means and the tempo detected by the tempo detecting means, a means for determining whether the musical piece content under reproduction and motion of the user are tuned or not, is provided. When it is determined that they are tuned, the musical piece content of the same tempo with the musical piece content which is determined to be tuned is selected as the musical piece content to be reproduced next.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
