PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cooling fan housing, which remarkably reduces the volume of noises produced by cooling fans of a motor.;SOLUTION: A bypass discharge motor assembly 10 reducing noises more effectively includes a motor assembly 14 having a rotary shaft 18, which rotates an actuating air fan assembly 12 and a cooling fan 32. The cooling fan housing 20 is connected to a motor housing 14 and encloses part of the cooling fan 32. The cooling fan housing 20 has at least either one of radial air inlet ports 60 (Fig. 3) and 120 (Fig. 5) for receiving and circulating cooling air, which is made to flow into the cooling fan housing 20 by the cooling fan 32, in the radial direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
