HEAT INSULATION BOX USED IN HOT REPAIR OF OVEN BRICK WORK OF COKE OVEN CARBONIZATION CHAMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an heat insulation box with which a repair work is safely carried out, as the box is deformable to be easily inserted into a carbonization chamber so deformed to protrude a wall surface and cooling water is not used.;SOLUTION: The heat insulation box has a shape fixing member (a) and a shape changing member (b). In the shape fixing member (a), a fixed upper face facing to the ceiling of the carbonization chamber, a fixed lower face facing to the floor face of the carbonization chamber, fixed side faces facing to the wall faces of unrepaired carbonization chamber are constituted of frame materials 6A-6Q and the fixed upper surface, the fixed lower surface and the fixed side faces are fixed in predetermined shapes. In the shape changing member (b), a moving side face facing to the wall face of the carbonization chamber required to be repaired and a moving lateral face facing to the end wall face of the carbonization chamber are constituted of frame materials 6R-6Y and the moving side face and the moving lateral face are attached to the shape fixing member to be freely opened and closed. In the heat insulation box, a heat insulation material is filled in spaces among frame materials of the fixed upper face and a fixed side face and the moving side face and the moving lateral face, and surfaces of the heat insulation material are covered with a heat resistant stainless net.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
