PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a drain structure of a slope in backfill injection work for the slope by which the drain structure of the slope can be constructed easily, inexpensively, safely and in a short time.;SOLUTION: The method for constructing the drain structure of the slope is as follows. Namely, in the backfill injection work in which a drilled hole 3 is formed by drilling a sprayed mortar 2 or the like of the slope 1 and backfill injection is carried out through the drilled hole 3, a filler 5, to which a backfill material injecting pipe 4 is fixed, is placed in the drilled hole 3. The backfill material is injected through the injecting pipe 4. After the backfill material is hardened, the filler 5 and the injecting pipe 4 are removed.
