PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of travelling in both of a tire travelling mode and a wheel travelling mode with a simple vehicle structure and a simple travelling operation, and a structure body for transferring travelling mode enabling transfer of travelling mode between tire travelling and wheel travelling while the vehicle is travelling.;SOLUTION: A plurality of wheels 12 are pivotally supported by a front and a rear wheel axle 5, 9 of a dual mode bus 1 coaxially with tires 6, 8. The wheels 12 are set in a smaller diameter than the tire 6, 8 within a limitation of rail height. Transfer of the dual mode bus 1 between road travel by tires 6, 8 and track travel by wheels 12 is carried out on a mode transfer structure body having a tire travelling section at a part of a track and a mode transfer section having an ascent travel slope surface and a descent travel slope surface on a front side of the tire travelling section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
