PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a controlled gene to which derivation and acceleration of manifestation is carried out by a complex. PSOLUTION: A control system gene selection part 210 acquires time series manifestation data of each gene which forms a complex from a memory part 190 and calculates an interactive coefficient of each gene to the known controlled gene by an interactive coefficient calculation part 100. Then the control system gene selection part 210 selects a gene whose interactive coefficient is a positive value as a control system gene. A controlled gene candidate selection part 220 selects a gene whose time series manifestation data is similar to the control system gene as a controlled gene candidate. A controlled gene specification part 230 acquires the time series manifestation data of the control system gene and the controlled gene candidate from the memory part 190, and calculates the interactive coefficient of the control gene to the controlled gene candidate by the interactive coefficient calculation part 100.
