PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the allocation of knowledge classification to function nodes that constitute a function tree.;SOLUTION: This knowledge classification support device 1, for performing knowledge classification about an object, generates retrieval population data 123 from function model data 121 according to the setting of retrieval population set data 122, inputs knowledge data 124 about the functional modes, retrieves the functional nodes that are similar to the knowledge data 124 and generates retrieval result data, in which the information of the similar function nodes is to be stored.
