PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy confirmation that the requisite documents for complying with the laws and regulations are provided at the time of shipment of the goods.;SOLUTION: An input terminal unit 101 is fed with the goods identification information to identify the goods as objects to be shipped and the output request of a shipment instructing command and sends them to a shipped goods list preparing device 102. The shipped goods list preparing device 102 receives the output request from the input terminal unit 101 and sends to a memory device 103 the acquisition request of the image information corresponding to the goods identification information. The memory device 103 searches the image information corresponding to the good identification information and gives a response to the shipped goods list preparing device 102. The shipped goods list preparing device 102 discriminates the image information acquired from the response from the memory device 103, judges whether the image information is all provided, and feeds the output terminal unit 104 with a shipment instructing command upon judging that a proper shipping procedure has been passed in case all necessary information is provided and that the proper shipping procedures have not been passed in the case of not being provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
