PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual private network (VPN) management apparatus and VPN providing system for improving security of VPN information to be provisioned to a site management terminal for managing a site for which security of information is required.;SOLUTION: The VPN management apparatus is provided with a VPN information storage means 110 for storing the VPN information relating to a VPN, a site management information receiving means 120 for receiving site management information for managing the site from the site management terminals for managing sites comprising the VPN, a network information provision judging means 130 for judging virtual network information that can be provisioned to each of site management terminals belonging to one VPN in accordance with the received site management information, a virtual network information acquiring means 140 for acquiring the virtual network information judged to be able to be provisioned from the storage means 110, and a virtual network information provisioning means 150 for provisioning the acquired virtual network information to the site management terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
