Problem to be solved: to provide a novel complex containing crosslinked avidin, an analytical method, and analytical reagents and kits capable of quickly and conveniently performing an advantage of the avidin biotin reaction and to analyze the analyte compound quickly and accurately. The complex comprises at least two homologous or different biotin derivatives and a cross-linked avidin sandwiched between the biotin derivatives. In the analytical method, the same or different biotin derivatives and crosslinked avidin are used. The analytical reagent comprises the cross-linked avidin. The assay kit comprises the cross-linked avidin and biotinizers.
